Log In to the Dayforce Wallet App

To log in to the app, confirm that your email address is correct on the Log In screen, enter your password, and then tap Log In.

Use Biometrics (Fingerprint) for Logging In

If the option is available to your user role and is enabled on your device, you can configure the app to use your fingerprint (biometrics) to log in to the Dayforce Wallet app. To turn this functionality on or off, tap to enable or disable the Use Biometrics switch on the Account screen.

Forgotten Password

To reset your password:

  1. On the Log In screen, tap Forgot?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account, and then tap Next.
  3. Note: If your device is registered and recognized by the app and you are using a lock screen with a passcode, you can reset your password by entering your device's passcode.
  4. Select a verification method:
    • Text me at (number): Receive a verification code at the mobile number associated with your account.
    • Call me at (number): Receive an automated voice call with your verification code.
    • Email me at (email): Receive your verification code by email.
  5. Enter your verification code, enter your new password, and then tap Done.

Important: If your user account is locked or suspended, you must contact Dayforce Cardholder Support at 1-800-342-9167 before you can reset your password or access the app again.
