If your Dayforce Wallet Card is lost or stolen, you can freeze it to prevent unwanted use. When your card is frozen, you won't be able to make purchases, transfer money, or withdraw cash from an ATM using your Dayforce Wallet Card.
To freeze your card:
- Tap Account.
- Tap the Freeze Card switch.
When your card is frozen, a message shows on your Home screen indicating that your card is frozen. You can unfreeze your card at any time by tapping Unfreeze Card in the message panel.
