To create your Dayforce Wallet account:
- Open the Dayforce Wallet app.
- Tap Sign Up or Need to create an account? on the landing screen.
- Fill in your information:
- Email Address: After your account is created, your email address is your user name.
- Password: Combine letters, numbers, and symbols.
- If you configured your device to allow biometric (fingerprint) identification, the app asks if you want to use it. Tap Yes or Not Now.
- Tap Next.
- The app sends a verification code to the email address you entered in step 3.
- Enter the code that was emailed to you.
- Tap Next.
- Enter your mobile number. The app texts a code to verify your number
- Enter the code that was texted to you.
- Choose your security questions and answers.
- Tap Next.
- When registration is finished, the app opens the Connect to your Dayforce Account screen for you to link your Dayforce Wallet account with your Dayforce account.
Age Requirements for Dayforce Wallet Users
During the registration process, the app validates your birth date based on your Dayforce data and local age requirements. If you are underage when you register for your Dayforce Wallet account, the app displays messages for the following scenarios:
- If you are between the ages of 14 and 17, and are located in the US: The app displays a message indicating that you are underage and must obtain permission from a parent or guardian via DocuSign before you can proceed, and leads you through the process for sending the approval request form by either email or text message. Your parent or guardian can complete the DocuSign form in less than five minutes on any type of device, and you can continue the registration process once they have granted permission.
- If you are under 18 years old and are located outside of the US: The app displays a message indicating that you are underage and are welcome to register when you are 18 years old.
- If the system doesn’t have your birthday on record, or doesn't know what the age requirement is because the data isn’t in Dayforce: The app displays a message indicating that you must contact your HR department for assistance.
