Determine Employee Eligibility for Dayforce Wallet

Administrators can determine the eligibility of employees for Dayforce Wallet by creating a report that uses fields available in the Employee Dayforce Wallet query entity in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports under Payroll reports. The fields can be added to existing reports, or used to create a report.

Before You Begin: Users can only access the information described for those employees within their typical view set. For more information on security settings for ad hoc reports, see "Ad Hoc Reporting Data Security" in the Ad Hoc Reporting Guide.

This set of fields isn’t the same as those available in the Employee Dayforce Wallet On Demand Pay query entity, which is described in Determine On-Demand Pay Activity.

The fields available in the Employee Dayforce Wallet query entity are:

  • Dayforce Wallet Connection Status
  • Dayforce Wallet Connection Status Last Modified
  • Dayforce Wallet On Demand Pay Eligibility

The fields in the Employee Dayforce Wallet query entity allow you see which employees are eligible for Dayforce Wallet, as well as which employees have successfully connected their Dayforce Wallet account.

The Eligibility information is pulled for each employee to indicate whether they have been flagged as eligible in the Employment > Employment Settings screen of People. If the Eligible for On Demand Pay checkbox is selected, the employee is eligible. Connection status indicates whether an employee has successfully connected their Employee Dayforce Wallet account.

To locate the Employee Dayforce Wallet query entity.
