For the Dayforce Wallet banner to be shown to a user, you must configure the Show Dayforce Wallet Promotion client property.
Before You Begin: Banners are shown only for employees in US pay groups.
To configure this client property:
- Go to System Admin > Client Properties and click the Properties tab.
- In the Payroll section, select the Show Dayforce Wallet Promotion checkbox.
- Click Save.
For the user to see the banner when they log in, they must have the Eligible for Dayforce Wallet checkbox selected in the Dayforce Wallet tab of the Employment > Employment Settings screen of People. The Eligible for On-Demand Pay checkbox in the same location does not need to be selected (organizations can use Dayforce Wallet without on-demand pay). However, the content in the banner varies depending on whether the Eligible for On-Demand Pay checkbox is selected, as follows:
- If the user has both checkboxes selected, the banner says, “Why wait for pay day?”
- If the user only has the Eligible for Dayforce Wallet checkbox selected, the banner says, “Get paid up to two days early”
