User roles determine the data that users can access, and play an important part in the security of Dayforce. You can configure as many user roles as your organization needs in System Admin > Roles.
Important: Some of these user roles can generate and send data that might include Personal Identifiable information (PII) and pay rates. Ensure that features are enabled only for roles that are assigned to users who can be trusted with this type of information.
