Updated the effective end date of the COVID-19 Check-In form and the COVID-19 Report Work Location form to May 5, 2026 because these forms aren't required anymore. After the new end date, the forms aren't available for new submissions and don't trigger workflows. Forms submitted before the end date are still available in Dayforce for historical and audit purposes. |
