In compliance with government requirements, updated the block schema and logic for BW02 portions of social insurance contributions reporting for 2026. | |
Updated the way that duplicate certification periods are included in LStB submission files, beginning 1 January 2026. Tax characteristics must be reported with the LStB submission. If the employee has multiple records during the reporting period, those records must be reported, and additional fields for 2026 for Private Health Insurance can add complexity to the wage tax characteristics section on the LStB. To ensure that the correct information is sent, Dayforce must include any consecutive records that have the same information but different dates. With this update, the records are concatenated, so only one record is sent per employee: one record covering the full period. |
