IDDescription

Fixed an issue that could occur during benefits Open Enrollment submission. In some cases, the application incorrectly added an end date to the Business Email section in the Personal > Contact Information screen of People.

Fixed an issue that could occur when adding or updating direct deposit information using HR Import or the RESTful API. In some cases, masked or invalid characters (such as ****) were transmitted to Dayforce, resulting in invalid account numbers that could cause electronic funds transfer files to fail.

Fixed an issue that could occur when you ran the HR Export background job. In some cases, the export returned old, end-dated addresses instead of the most recent ones even though Latest Record had been selected in the Export Date drop-down list.

Fixed an issue that could occur with the Rehire form and the Confidential Information (USA) form. In some cases, the form workflows failed to complete and returned errors about incorrect manager effective dates.

Fixed an issue with the Terminate an Employee form. In some cases, after the form was submitted, the Actioned By field in the Audit tab of the Work > Management Assignments screen of People showed the name of an employee who wasn't involved in processing the form instead of the form submitter.

Fixed an issue in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports where the Open Workflows report completed with an error.

Fixed an issue that could occur with the Job Assignment and Compensation Change form. In some cases, the form’s fields were blank when you viewed it in Message Center but not blank when you viewed it in the Forms screen in People.

Fixed an issue where terminating an employee who had never been terminated before changed the employee’s most recent hire date. Now, the most recent hire date is no longer updated when an employee is terminated for the first time.

Note: If the most recent hire date already has a value that doesn't match the active record after termination, adding another termination record updates the most recent hire date to the active start date after termination.

Fixed an issue that could occur with the RESTful API. In some cases, the GET Employees and Get EmployeeEmploymentStatus calls didn’t return employment status change reasons as expected.

Fixed an issue where the HR Import took longer than expected to complete.

Fixed an issue that could occur when you submitted the Direct Deposit form. In some cases, the application returned an error saying that the branch or institution number in the form was incorrect when it wasn’t.
