Added the ability for administrators to review retroactive (retro) pay in Pay Admin Checklist. To support this update, the Retro Pay Management tab was added to Pay Admin Checklist, and the previous columns were moved to a new Overview tab. To use this feature, you need to enable the WFM Retro Pay Management role feature for your user role in the Pay Admin Checklist section, in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles. The Retro Pay Management tab can be used to approve, reject, or defer retros. If you approve a retro, it gets included in the current pay period for transmission, but if you reject it, the retro isn't transmitted to payroll. You can also defer the retro so that it isn't paid out in the current pay period and stays in a deferred status until you accept or reject the retro in a future pay period. You can also update all retros at once using the Mass Update drop-down list. The tab includes information such as the employee’s name, the status of the retro, the start and end date of the pay period, the actual hours and pay amount, as well as the delta hours and pay amount. The delta hours and delta pay amount show the difference in the new and old total pay summaries. Additionally, you can also filter results based on the employee, status, period start and period end dates. |
