Dayforce Release Notes version 2025.1.1, Patch 2

Version
R2025.1.1 Patch 2
Release Date
06/24/2025
IDDescription

Fixed an issue that could cause slower than expected performance in Organization Designer > Positions for larger organizations with more than 10,000 positions.

Fixed an issue that could occur when you updated an occupied position in Organization Designer. In some cases, there was an error processing one of the updated fields and, as a result, other changes in the same request to update the work assignment couldn't be completed.  Now, the error is handled so that the work assignment changes are applied.

Fixed an issue where the Effective End field appeared to be editable for interim primary position assignments that didn't have an end date set, but you couldn't enter a new date. This issue occurred because Dayforce treats an undefined end date as “end of time,” and it also prevents setting an earlier end date to avoid gaps between primary position assignments.

Now, if the assignment has no end date, or in other words, it's set to “end of time,” the Effective End field is inactive. To end an employee’s primary interim assignment earlier, update their original position assignment (or future primary position assignment) to resume earlier.

Fixed an issue that could occur with job requisitions for positions in Recruiting. In some cases, changes made to position details in Organization Designer didn't carry over to Recruiting.

Fixed an issue that could occur with Candidate Hire forms in Recruiting when you were using a hybrid Position Management model with both positions and jobs. In some cases, when you hired an employee using the form, a manager wasn’t assigned correctly to the new employee.
