Payroll (Singapore)

Fixed an issue that could occur when CPF was calculated in Payroll for terminated employees. The CPF amount wasn't rounding to the nearest whole number and the cent values were shown in the earning statements. Now, amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar when the cents are 50 or greater, as expected. Decimal amounts less than 50 cents are dropped.

Fixed the following issues that could occur in the Employee Pay Items - Detail List Report:

• The report failed to show the payroll information of a terminated employee when the termination date occurred in a previous pay period.
• The Foreign Identification Number (FIN) of some employees were omitted from the report.
