Updated Dayforce to include item-level errors in the job log after processing the background job that completes when you run the Employee Entitlement Balance Import. Now, in System Admin > Background Jobs in the Job Logs tab, when the background job completes with errors:

  • Dayforce assigns the job the Completed status with a warning icon to indicate that it completed with item-level errors.
  • Dayforce marks the Item Level Errors column with Yes:
    Status and Item Level Errors columns in the Job Logs tab.

Also, when this background job completes with item-level errors, the job log now contains information about the errors so that they can be addressed in the import XML.
