Updated the new hire data export in compliance with the US jurisdiction’s New Hire Reporting requirements. The following fields in the new hire export file are added or updated:

• Employee's starting pay rate
• Employee's starting pay
• Job title
• SOC code
• Whether or not the organization is a multistate employer
