Updated the Illinois Pay Data Report to comply with legislative requirements in Illinois.

To support this functionality, the following fields were added to the Illinois Pay Data Report export file.

*New fields in the Illinois Pay Data Report*
Field	Purpose	Pulled from Location in Dayforce
PaidHS	Indicates whether the employee is paid hourly (H) or by salary (S).	Value is based on the employment status records for the payroll filing year selected for the report. Derived from the Pay Type field in the Employment > Employment Settings screen of People.
BaseHourlyRate	The employee’s base hourly rate up to two decimal places.	Derived from the value in the Base Rate field in the Employment > Employment Settings screen of People.
CBAYN	Indicates whether the employee is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Values are Y or N.	Collective bargaining agreements aren’t tracked in Dayforce, so this value is N by default.

As part of this update, the following columns were added to the Illinois Employee Data Report:

PaidHS
BaseHourlyRate
CBAYN

If an employee is missing data for these fields in the Illinois Pay Data Report, it’s flagged in the Missing Info? column of the Illinois Employee Data Report.

Note: The BaseHourlyRate value can only flag as missing for employees who are paid hourly.
