IDDescription

Fixed an issue that could occur when employees with more than one user role submitted time away from work requests through Co-Pilot. If an employee logged in with a role that didn’t have access to time away requests, Co-Pilot could submit the request for them anyway. As a result, the associated workflow wasn’t respected, and the request didn’t go to the proper manager for approval.

Now, employees must be logged in with a role that has access to the Time Away List feature to submit time away from work requests through Co-Pilot. If an employee tries to submit a request when their user role doesn’t have access, Co-Pilot responds with a message explaining that they need to switch roles or contact their manager for assistance.

Fixed an issue where the name of the Learning Setup > Learning Enrollment Rules feature wasn't localized correctly for people who use Dayforce in English (UK). Now, the feature name shows Learning Setup > Learning Enrolment Rules, as expected.
