TAL-57915	Fixed an issue when adding new job requisitions in Recruiting > Job Requisitions where the Job Requisition Additional Users section of job requisition forms didn't show all employees. In particular, you couldn’t see employees who had one active employment status record that was current and another that was dated in the future. This issue occurred in system and custom job requisition forms, but not the Add New Requisition wizard.
