Updated Dayforce to allow Canadian organizations to configure more than one legal entity record with the same business number. This feature is used to support a legal entity that has more than one employer health tax (EHT) or Revenu Quebec "RS" identification number. A new client property Allow duplicate BN (Canada Only - Restricted) is added to System Admin > Client Properties in the Properties tab. When this setting is selected, you can configure more than one Canadian legal entity record in Dayforce with the same business number. Each legal entity record must have a different name, and can have the same or different account IDs for employer health taxes or RS identification numbers. |
