Fixed an issue that could occur when no conversion formula was specified for a balance unit in the Formula To Amount and Formula From Amount fields in the Units tab of Pay Setup > Balances. In some cases, an incorrect entitlement balance transaction could occur when you recorded an amount-only payment. For example, if an hours-based balance recorded a dollar payment with no hours, the entitlement balance unexpectedly treated the dollar amount as hours when adjusting the available balance. This resulted in an incorrect balance amount.
