Release Date

IDDescription

Fixed an issue in Schedules where, in some cases, the application showed incorrect hour totals on weeks that included a public holiday.

Fixed an issue in Schedules where, in some cases, the application let users make and save changes to schedules that were already posted, even if they had errors.

Fixed an issue that could occur when an employee requested time away from work (TAFW) under the following conditions:

  • The employee had multiple employment status records in People.
  • The employee requested time away for the last effective date of their current employment status record.
  • The employee was scheduled for a shift on the last effective date of their current employment status record.
  • Your instance of Dayforce is configured so that non-productive shifts are shown in Schedules.

In some cases, after their TAFW requested was approved, the application unexpectedly converted the employee’s shift to an unfilled shift in Schedules instead of marking it as a non-productive shift.

Fixed an issue where, in some cases, the application showed different shift rotation names in the Scheduling Plan > Shift Setup, People, and Timesheets features.

Fixed an issue in the Retain Maximum of Two Sets of Premiums Over Continuous Period Rule. In some cases, the rule duplicated the comparison set of pay codes which resulted in an incorrect calculation.

Fixed an issue that could occur after you used the call-in function in Timesheets and clicked Send SMS. In some cases, the application failed to send the SMS message to the employee to notify them about the available shift.

Fixed an issue in the Dynamic Staffing Rule in Plan Setup > Labor Deployment. In some cases, the rule didn’t trigger an error message when only one employee was planned.

Fixed an issue in Plan where, in some cases, the application froze in the Loading state.

Fixed an issue in Timesheets where the application failed to mark negative pay adjustment values with the minus sign (-) in the Audits panel.

Fixed an issue that could occur in Timesheets in the Mass Action slide-out panel when you were updating shifts. In some cases, the application didn’t show results in the Labor Metric Code field when you entered text to narrow down the results.
