Before You Begin: This feature is available only for organizations in the United Kingdom. Added the ability to prevent the SSP Eligibility Qualifier in Pay Setup > Pay Policy from qualifying Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) when there’s a chance that an employee's balance could be depleted. Previously, when the qualifier evaluated a given date by looking back at any linked periods and SSP wasn’t awarded on any of the past days, the qualifier still let SSP be awarded. This meant that SSP was incorrectly being awarded to ineligible employees. Now, the qualifier has been updated to not qualify for SSP in cases where an employee hasn’t completed the qualifying period for an SSP to be awarded. |

Added the ability to include an employee’s job step values when their job assignment changes in the Primary Job Grade Change Rule. To support this update, the Include step value on job assignment date checkbox was added to the Primary Job Grade Change Rule in Pay Setup > Job Rate in the Job Step Policy tab. When this checkbox is selected and an employee’s job assignment changes, the step values on the day of the job assignment change are considered. For more information, see Primary Job Grade Change Rule in the Dayforce Implementation Guide. |

This update fixes an issue when running the Job Share Rule and the Primary Job Grade Change Rule. These rules were counting worked hours more than once when the Cascade Step Value to New Job Rule ran before them. To resolve this issue, the Exclude step value cascaded to new job on job assignment date checkbox was added to the Job Share Rule and the Primary Job Grade Change Rule in Pay Setup > Job Rate in the Job Step Policy tab. When you enable this setting, step values that cascade from the Cascade Step Value to New Job Rule are excluded. |
