HRCI-15097	Updated the behavior of the Allow Multiple Employees To Share The Same Employee Number client property when it is set to Off. Previously, if a duplicate employee number existed in a past (inactive) employment status record, Dayforce could use it again in a new employment status record, even though the client property was set to Off. Now, if Dayforce finds an inactive record with the same employee number, it won’t use it for a new employee and shows an error message. If the property is set to On, Dayforce uses the number as expected.
