To comply with legislative requirements in the United Kingdom, updated validations for paternity leave in the Request Leave of Absence form and the Leave Management screen in People. Previously, when employees in UK pay groups requested paternity leave, they had to take a single, continuous leave of one or two weeks within the first 56 days after a child’s birth or placement with the family. Now, eligible employees can split their paternity leave into two one-week increments and take it at any point in the first year after a child’s birth or placement. |
