For employees working in WV and not previously using MWR, the county is geolocated from the employee’s work location and reported to West Virginia in the quarterly CTS file. Currently, this is not part of the Dayforce UI but might be in a future release. For employees working in WV and already using MWR, a new County column shows in the Multiple Worksite Reporting tab (Payroll > Org Setup > Org Payroll Setup > Multiple Worksite Reporting). Dayforce reports the county in the new field for West Virginia’s quarterly file. Action Required: For WV employees already set up with MWR, the County field needs to be completed to get included in the quarterly filing report.
