Fixed an issue in Schedules where, in some cases, the application duplicated the tooltip that showed information about borrowed employees.

Fixed an issue that could occur in Timesheets when you edited a transfer that contained a quantity value. In some cases, after you updated the quantity value, the Save button was unexpectedly grayed out and unavailable.
