On Workflow Administration > Workflow Management, added the ability to restrict access so that users can only view records for workflows where the related form was submitted by a user that they have access to view in the organization hierarchy. This applies only when the form does not have an affected employee specified, for example on the Job Requisition form. To enable this functionality, on System Admin > Roles, assign the Workflow Administration > Workflow Management > Enable Secure View By Submitter feature to the appropriate user roles. The feature is not enabled by default. |
