Updated the ACA Year End 1094-C and 1095-C drafts for the 2023 filing year as follows:

  • Updated the filing year to 2023.
  • Added new forms and images for 2023.
  • Updated the filing deadline to January 18, 2024.

Updated the Auto-Fill task in the PPACA > Year End Process to show the Include ACA Waive options when determining Offered Coverage Code checkbox when you select the following options in the Offered Coverage Method drop-down list:

  • Minimum Essential - Dependent Offer
  • Minimum Essential - Family Offer

After you select the checkbox and run the Auto-Fill task, employees enrolled in an ACA waive option for a given month display with the coverage or safe harbor codes.
