Fixed an issue that could occur in the Accumulation Rule in Pay Setup > Job Rate in the Job Step Policy tab. The Prioritize step value start date over work assignment date setting in the Accumulation Rule doesn't consider worked hours. Therefore, if an employee was assigned a job that was previously worked, the worked hours weren't counted. To resolve this issue, the Count stats/transactions from all eligible job sets in ruleset setting was added to the Rate Rule in Pay Setup > Job Rate in the Job Step Policy tab. Important: When this setting is enabled, don’t add the Cascade Accumulation Rule in the same ruleset. As the Accumulation Rule and Rate Rule are configured together in Dayforce, this setting counts any eligible worked hours in the entire ruleset. For this functionality to work, enable the Prioritize step value start date over work assignment date setting and select Worked Hours in the Step value type setting in the Accumulation Rule. For more information, see “Rate Rule” in the Dayforce Implementation Guide. |
