HRCI-9609	Added the ability for administrators to paste images into the Letter Management > Template Designer text editor. These images (such as signatures) are visible when offer letters are sent to DocuSign for e-signatures. You can paste images in the following locations: Letter Management > Template Designer in the Templates tab and the Reusable Content tab. Letter Management > Distribution letter preview in the Send a Letter wizard. Use right-click and select Paste or use the Ctrl+V or Command-V keyboard shortcut to paste an image from your clipboard into the editor. Make sure that you resize your pasted image in the editor to the desired size. No automatic resizing occurs after you save the template.
