Taxes

In compliance with Washington state law, removed the Auto Adjust code from the following employee Washington Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) taxes:

• USA-00530000-102 Washington - Paid Family Leave - Employee
• USA-00530000-103 Washington - Paid Family Leave Voluntary - Employee
• USA-00530000-104 Washington - Medical Leave - Employee
• USA-00530000-105 Washington - Medical Leave Voluntary - Employee

The removal of this code prevents automatic adjustment calculation if employers attempt to collect missed premiums in later pay periods. Washington state law permits employers to either withhold employee premiums from paychecks or to pay some or all of the premiums on their employees' behalf. However, the state law prohibits employers from collecting missed premiums.
