Added a new checkbox in the Payroll > Garnishments screen of People. In the Parameters panel, the Apply AZ Prop 209 Rules checkbox is shown only if one of the following two conditions exist:

• In the General Details panel, you select Creditor Garnishment - 507 in the Type drop-down list and Arizona in the Issuing Agency drop-down list and if you do not make a selection in the Override Work State drop-down list.
• You select Creditor Garnishment - 507 in the Type drop-down list and Arizona in the Override Work State drop-down list.

This new checkbox is in compliance with an update to Arizona state law. This law decreases the portion of a debtor's weekly disposable earnings that are subject to debt collection (excluding support payments) to the lesser of 10% of disposable earnings or the amount that disposable income exceeds 60 times the highest applicable federal, state, or local minimum wage. By default, this checkbox is cleared. The addition of this checkbox is effective January 1, 2023.
