In compliance with Oregon state law, added a field called PMFL Replacement Worker in Payroll > Tax Definitions in the Quarterly/Annual Reporting Parameters section in People. The state of Oregon is now requiring organizations to report employees who are serving the role of replacement workers for an employee who is taking paid family or medical leave. This new field is available when you select Oregon in the Jurisdiction drop-down list. In addition, this new field is a drop-down list that contains the following options:

  • No Selection: Default.
  • Replacement Employee: Select this option if the employee is a replacement worker.
  • No longer a Replacement Employee: Select this option if the employee was a replacement worker but who should no longer be classified as a replacement worker.
