Known Issues

• The functionality that allows you to freeze positions in Organization Designer > Positions that was introduced in Release 2023.1.0 has been removed and will be released again in a later release.
• If you update a job assignment for an occupied position on Organization Designer > Positions with an effective date that matches the original job assignment effective date, the employee's work assignment record will not reflect the change on the Work > Work Assignments screen on the People feature. To avoid this issue, first remove the occupant from the position, then update the job assignment before reassigning the occupant to the position. This issue will be corrected in a later release.
