You can view the scheduling overview of employees involved in shift offers or requests to make informed decisions when reviewing or approving them. For example, you can view the schedule of an employee who made a shift offer or to whom you made an offer.
To view an employee's scheduling overview:
- In the Offer Details screen, tap the arrow next to the name of the employee whose schedule you want to view.
- The Scheduling Overview screen opens.
The Scheduling Overview screen includes two tabs:
- Calendar: Shows the employee's scheduled shifts, including their dates and times. You can also see whether a shift is scheduled, offered, marked as time away, and whether it's been approved or is awaiting approval. A blue border around a shift card indicates that the shift is related to a shift request.
- Past Transactions: Shows a history of the employee's requests and transactions. You can filter transaction types by tapping the Filter button. Each past transaction card shows details such as:
- Transaction type (shift offer, time away from work, shift swap)
- Expiry date and status (approved, denied, canceled, cancel pending)
- User details (from and to employees)
- Date and time range
- Time away type (if applicable)
- Requested hours, position, and location
- Approval status
View History for a Past Transaction
You can view details of a past transaction such as when the request was sent, when other employees accepted it, and when a manager approved or denied it. To view the history for a transaction:
- In the Past Transactions tab, tap View history in the card of the transaction you want to view.
- The History screen opens and shows a timeline of the transaction.
