View a Candidate's Resume

Managers can view a candidate's work experience and education in their profile, or download their resume to assess their qualifications and hiring potential.

To view a candidate's work experience and education within their profile:

1. On the Recruiting overview screen, tap the requisition for the candidate that you want to view, or tap the search bar to type the candidate's name. The app provides suggestions as you type.
2. Tap your chosen candidate's name to open their profile.

To download a candidate's resume:

1. On the Recruiting overview screen, tap the requisition for the candidate that you want to view, or tap the search bar to type the candidate's name. The app provides suggestions as you type.
2. Tap your chosen candidate's name.
3. In the candidate's profile, tap Download in the Candidate Resume section.
