Time Off List

Through the Time Off List feature, you can view and manage your employees' time away from work requests.

The first time you open Time Off List in release 2024.1.0, you are prompted to switch to the feature's new look and feel. To revert back to the previous version, open the context menu and tap Previous Version.

The app displays the following information for each request:

  • Employee name
  • Status of the time away request (Approved, Denied, Pending, Cancellation Pending, or Canceled)
  • Total time away requested (for example, two days)
  • Reason (for example, vacation, unpaid day off, or sick day)
  • Date or date range of the time away request
  • Date that the request was created

Tap a request to view or edit its details.
