In My Profile, you can take the TeamRelate survey to complete your TeamRelate profile and check in to share feedback about your days after the survey is complete. TeamRelate helps you understand your communication style, and how you can adapt your style to communicate better with your team.
Take the TeamRelate Survey
To take the TeamRelate survey:
- In the Personal Engagement section of My Profile, tap Complete your TeamRelate Survey.
- Answer each question by moving the slider left or right to indicate how often you relate to the statement. The app updates the answer to reflect where you moved the slider.
- Tap Save, then Done.
You can retake the survey any time by tapping the information icon in the Personal Engagement section of My Profile, then tapping Retake Survey.
View Your TeamRelate Profile
After you complete the TeamRelate survey, the Personal Engagement section in My Profile updates to show your communication style and conviction. To view your TeamRelate profile, tap the information icon in the Personal Engagement section.
Check In
You can check in to share feedback about your day, including stress and energy levels. This feedback provides valuable information to colleagues looking to interact with you.
To check in:
- In the Personal Engagement section of My Profile, tap Check In.
- Move the sliders to provide feedback about your personal engagement for the current day, as well as any comments to provide more context.
- Tap Save.
