When you access the Employees overview screen for the first time you are prompted to specify how you would like to load your employees by default. You can choose from the following:
- My Direct Reports
- All Employees
- By Location
You can change your default view in Settings by tapping Set Default Employee Filtering and then selecting a new filter option.
