The Set Coordinates feature allows you to configure the area in which employees can clock in through their mobile device using the Clock feature.
Before You Begin: To use the Set Coordinates feature, ensure that you have turned on Location Services and allowed Dayforce to access your location. In addition, the employee must accept the prompt on their mobile device to allow the usage of location services so that they can clock in. These can be enabled in device settings.
When you open the Set Coordinates overview screen, the app launches the map showing your default org location, which is based on what has been configured in other features within Dayforce. If there is no default location configured, the app launches the location picker.
