Schedules

Dayforce Mobile App Guide - Android

Version
R2025.1.0
Schedules

In the Schedules feature, you can see the shift details for scheduled coworkers that share the same work assignment as you (location + department + job name), and unscheduled coworkers that work at the same location as you. With this knowledge, you can make more informed shift swap or shift offer decisions to your coworkers. Additionally, you can send and receive direct messages from your coworkers in Schedules. This creates transparency, because you have easy access to view your coworker's schedules, and opens the lines of communication by enabling you to send and receive messages.

Note: Where applicable, the app shows job names and location names beside the shift to account for the cases where you work more than one job and work at more than one location.
