Respond to a Message for Your Case

If a case status is Waiting for Employee, you must respond to the message for that case for it to move forward in the process.

To respond to a message:

  1. Respond to the message accordingly, then Send Message.
  2. Note: If you leave the screen before Send Message your response won't be saved.

The status changes to Waiting for HR.
