If multifactor authentication is enabled by your organization, you can set it up after you log in with the default login method. You can authenticate using the Authy app or you can receive a verification code by text message or voice call.
Use the Authy App
To use the Authy app for authentication, tap Smartphone App. If you don’t already have the Authy app on your device, you can follow the prompts to install it.
Receive a Verification Code
To receive a text or call for authentication:
- Tap SMS Text Message or Voice Call and then enter your mobile number.
- Tap Text Message to receive a verification code by text, or tap Voice Call to receive the code through a call. Tap Continue.
- When you receive the code, enter it and then tap Continue. You can also enter a secondary number or tap Skip. After this initial verification, you can select whether you want to receive a text or a call each time you log in.
After you have set up MFA with your DayforceID, you can log in by tapping your account on the Login screen.
