Manage Your Direct Deposit Information

In My Profile, you can specify your direct deposit accounts.

Add or Edit a Direct Deposit Account

To add or edit direct deposit information in My Profile:

  1. Tap Edit and then tap Edit Direct Deposit.
  2. Tap the existing account you want to edit, or tap Add an Account.
  3. Edit the account or complete the following fields to add a new one:
    • Account Type: You can specify Dayforce Card, Checking, or Savings depending on the options available to you.
    • Account Information: Enter your account number, branch number, institution number, and financial institution name.
    • Deposit Type: Select whether you want the remainder or full amount of your pay to be deposited to this account, or specify a monetary amount or percentage.
  4. Tap to agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Tap Done.

Delete a Direct Deposit Account

To delete an address in My Profile:

  1. Tap Edit and then tap Edit Direct Deposit.
  2. Tap the account you want to delete.
  3. .Tap to open the Context menu and then tap Delete Account.

Adjust the Order of Your Direct Deposit Accounts

If you have multiple direct deposit accounts, you can configure their order so that your pay goes into certain accounts first.

To adjust the pay order:

  1. In My Profile, tap the Edit icon and then tap Edit Direct Deposit.
  2. Tap Adjust Pay Order.
  3. Tap and hold the Adjust icon next to the account you want to adjust, and drag it into the desired position.
  4. Tap Done. The app displays an Edited tag next to any accounts affected by the adjustment.
  5. Tap Submit Changes. If your change requires approval, you will not be able to make any other changes to your direct deposit accounts until it is approved.

Add Documents to Your Direct Deposit Accounts

You can upload documents to your existing direct deposit accounts to verify your account details.

To upload a document:

  1. In My Profile, tap Edit and then tap Edit Direct Deposit.
  2. Tap the account you want to upload a document for.
  3. In the Deposit Account screen, tap Add Document.
  4. Tap any of the following options:
    • Choose File: Select a file on your device.
    • Photo Library: Select an existing photo from your device's photo library.
    • Take Photo: Take a new photo using your device's camera.
  5. If required, tap to agree to the terms and conditions.

To remove an uploaded document, tap the trash can icon for iOS, or X for Android, next to the document under the Additional Documents section in the Deposit Account screen.
