Your organization uses one of these methods for logging in:
- Default login method: Use your Dayforce user name or verified email address, and a password. If your organization has enabled multifactor authentication (MFA), you must also set up a secondary authentication method involving either text message, voice call, or the Authy authentication app.
- Single sign-on (SSO) login method: Use the same credentials that you use to access your organization's network.
- The mobile app doesn't have built-in support for Face ID or Touch ID. However, if your device has a password manager enabled, it might prompt you to save your login information. Once saved, you can use Face ID, Touch ID, PIN, or pattern login methods to autofill your password when logging in.
You can also configure multiple accounts if you work at more than one organization that uses the Dayforce mobile app.

The first time that you open the app, tap Log In to get started:
