Your organization uses one of these methods for logging in:
- Default login method: Use your Dayforce user name or verified email address, and a password. If your organization has enabled multifactor authentication (MFA), you must also set up a secondary authentication method involving either text message, voice call, or the Authy authentication app.
- Single sign-on (SSO) login method: Use the same credentials that you use to access your organization's network.
- Face ID, Touch ID, PIN, or pattern login methods: If your device offers these login methods, you might need to grant permission to save your password so that you can use them.
You can also configure multiple accounts if you work at more than one organization that uses the Dayforce mobile app.
The Login Screen
The first time that you open the app, tap Log In to get started:
