The Directory feature allows you to easily search for and contact coworkers in your organization, and provides access to their public profile information, which can include the following:
- First and last name
- Employee's image
- Job Assignment
- Location
- Department
- Manager name (with manager profile image)
- Business contact (phone and email address)
- LinkedIn (business) URL
- Twitter (business) URL
- Facebook (business) URL
- Biography
To find a person, begin typing their first or last name into the search field. As you type, the app displays matching suggestions in alphabetical order by last name.
Tap an employee in the search results to view their public profile information. You can also view the profile information for their manager and their manager's manager, all the way up the hierarchy.
To communicate directly with your coworker, tap their business phone, business email, text or business social media options if available.
