If needed, you can contact recruiters using their business phone or email contact information.
If no business contact information exists for the recruiter, the app doesn’t display the contact option.
If there is more than one contact type (for example email and phone) the app displays the preferred contact method for the recruiter. If there are multiple options for a contact type (for example, two different email addresses), the app displays the preferred option at the top of the list.
To contact recruiters:
- On the Recruiting overview screen, tap to open a requisition.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the recruiter's name to open their preferred contact method.
Note: If a recruiter isn’t assigned to a requisition, the app displays the message "No Assigned Recruiter". If no business contact information exists for the recruiter, the app doesn’t display the contact buttons.
