If enabled for your role, you can accept or reject pending schedules, including:
- Changes to your schedule after it has been confirmed.
- Shifts that are scheduled outside of your set availability.
- Shifts that are scheduled outside of your regular contract hours.
When you have a new pending schedule available, the app displays a notification at the bottom of the Home screen.
In the notification, tap Skip for Later to skip, or tap View All to see your pending schedules in the Calendar inbox.
To accept or decline a pending schedule:
- In the Pending Schedules section of the Calendar inbox, tap a pending schedule to open it.
- Scroll through the schedule to review the pending shift, marked with the Pending Acceptance icon () and the title "Pending Acceptance".
- Tap Accept This Schedule to accept it, or tap Reject This Schedule to reject it.
- On the Comments screen, enter a comment or reason. This step is optional if you are accepting, but is required if you are rejecting the schedule.
- Tap Continue to review your schedule again, and then tap Submit to confirm your decision.
