You can report on your organization’s learning details and insights from the Admin > Reports screens in Dayforce Learning. When you click a screen under Reports, you see the following insights:

  • Events: Details for events, such as total events, total sessions, completed sessions, and session attendance.
  • Learning plans: Details for learning plans, such as the total number of learning plans, average number of learning plans per user, and learning plan completion. When you view the insights for a specific learning plan, you can see the language that each learner completed the content in, if available, by hovering over the completion status.
  • Learning activities: Details about continuing professional development (CPD) activity, such as the total credits earned, average credits earned per learner, and total compliance rate.
  • People: Total engagement and each person’s course, event, and learning plan activity.
  • Groups: Details about learning groups, such as the total number of groups, average users per group, and groups with a low completion percentage.
  • Skills: Details for the skills used in Dayforce Learning, such as the number of courses that are linked to each skill and the number of employees who have the skills.
  • Segment Reporting: Completion of training by each group.

Each screen provides graphics and a detailed list to help you gain insights for your organization. When you click an item in the list, a details screen opens with additional information and insights for that item.

Download Reports in Dayforce Learning

In screens throughout Dayforce Learning, including in the Admin > Reports screens, you see the Download icon (), which lets you download learning data as an Excel file.

When you click the Download icon, you’re shown a list of available languages. You can select a language, and then click Export to download the data in that language. The export uses values that have already been translated, such as titles and column names. Values that haven’t been translated for the selected language are shown in English instead.

Note: In Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports, Dayforce provides several additional reports and report topics that you can use to report on learning data for your organization. For more information, see the Ad Hoc Reporting Guide.
