Use the Dayforce Learning Feature

In the Dayforce Learning feature, you can look for training that interests you, complete training that was assigned to you, and review your learning history and certifications.

When you go to the Dayforce Learning feature, you see tabs in which you can find and complete learning activities.

Tab	What’s shown
Dashboard	You might see one or more of the following sections: Started: Shows courses and learning plans that you’ve started, but haven’t yet completed. This section helps you track your progress and quickly pick up from where you left off. Available events: Shows your upcoming learning events. This list includes sessions that you’ve been assigned to and self-enrollment opportunities with available future sessions. Required for you: Shows courses and learning plans that are assigned to you as required. These courses and learning plans might be needed to satisfy learning goals or compliance requirements. Available for you: Shows additional learning opportunities. This section includes courses and learning plans that are assigned but are optional, and self-enrollment options to expand your knowledge. Completed: Shows all of the courses and learning plans that you have successfully completed. This section can help you keep track of your learning achievements and milestones.
Learning catalog	All of the courses, events, and learning plans that are currently available to you.
Your learning	Your learning activity for courses, events, and learning plans.
Certificates	Your certification history, including status and expiry dates.

If you’re the instructor for a course, a manager, or an administrator, you might see other tabs that let you complete the tasks necessary for those roles. You can find more information in the corresponding sections of the Dayforce Learning Guide.

Dayforce Learning on the Dayforce Mobile App

Depending on configuration, the Dayforce Learning feature might be available on the Dayforce Mobile app. If you have access to the feature, you can open it by tapping Learning in the context menu of the app.

The mobile version of Dayforce Learning provides the same experience as the desktop version but gives you the flexibility to find and complete learning on the go.
